Heading a parliamentary delegation, Speaker of the People's National Assembly of Algeria Ibrahim Boughali was on a four-day official visit to Tunisia, according to the Tunis Afrique Presse (TAP).

In a press release issued after the meeting, Bouderbala stressed the mutual dependence of the two countries' security and the importance for both sides to have a shared vision on regional and international issues.

For his part, Boughali said his visit was part of the bilateral interparliamentary consultation and cooperation on regional and international issues of common concern, as well as efforts to consolidate bilateral ties and strengthen friendship.
